  • Logbook page 3. G4OBK called in with a nice signal from the UK on 17m CW.
  • Logbook page 4. I did some SSB and started to have California QSO Party (CQP) participants answering my CQ's even though I wasn't planning on doing any work in the contest. No worries, I sent them a serial number and my county so that the QSOs would count for both of us. W6D was just down the street from Todd KH2TJ (and also K6CQP for the contest) over in Portola.
  • Logbook page 5, I ran out of sheets in the last of the logbooks I purchased from Adventure Radio back in the 90's (my all-time favorite field logbook and they unfortunately aren't making any more). KG7O called in for my second and final summit-to-summit of the activation. I then started to be called more by CQP participants than SOTA chasers so I decided to call it a day. 47 QSOs overall including two summit-to-summit QSOs. Thanks to everyone who gave me a call!
