  • Zoomed in on Donner Ridge. The ridge rises to the skyline in the center of the shot. That's where I was a few days ago when I activated it.
  • To the northeast is Stampede Reservoir with Peavine Peak, NV (W7/WC-011) on the skyline behind it.

  • Packed up and ready to head down, I bid adieu to the Devil's Trident tree. I made 20 contacts overall (all on CW) without having to sell my soul, no more lightning bolts came down upon the tree (or me), so it was a great day. Thanks to everyone who gave me a call!
